How fun! I’d use it to make something for my mom. She loves chickens and roosters! Or maybe something for myself because it’s just too cute. ❤️

I think it would have to be a table runner and then I would set my white bowl (with chickens on it!) of our farm fresh eggs right in the center to set it off! Or maybe I would make that egg-gathering apron I’ve always wanted to make—and use a different fabric for each egg pocket!

I really want to make a fun tote to use for work. I think these fabrics are fun and cheery so they will help me get in a happy mood to start the morning. If there is enough left over I am going to make some tissue pack covers to give as gifts.

If only I could post a picture! I have been feeling so sentimental and mourning the loss of my wonderful grandparents…they passed many many years ago but now having a daughter of my own, I wish she could have just a smidge of the wonderful time I had with them. One of my favorite memories were Gramma’s many “things” she had around the house, vintage care games, tins from around the world, a Victoria, and an old wicker baby carriage filled with very old dolls. Inside was a doll called a “topsy turvy doll”, which you can flip over and then lift the skirts to reveal a second doll. Some told a story and had multiple skirts- little red riding hood also had grandmother and wolf, and different skirts for each (one was a bedsheet for wolf!) I would love to use these fabrics to make a topsy turvu doll for my daughter ❤️
